These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of Leadlight Glass Supplies and to any orders you place with us. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Leadlight Glass Supplies is based in the Blue Mountains, NSW, Australia.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. We make every effort to keep product descriptions and pricing accurate, but we reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices at any time. While we list limited stock, availability can change and is confirmed at checkout.

Orders

When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the products described. Your order is not accepted until we process and dispatch it. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for a range of reasons, including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or payment issues.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your card details on our systems.

Shipping

We dispatch from the Blue Mountains, NSW via Australia Post. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

Returns and refunds

Our 30-day change-of-mind returns and our obligations for faulty goods are set out on our Returns & Refunds page. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Leadlight Glass Supplies is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or from a purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
